We accept returns within 7 days upon receipt of delivery. Returned items must be unworn and sent back in original packaging with all tags attached.
To return an item please complete the returns form on your delivery note marking the items you are returning along with the reason for returning it. Enclose the completed returns form with the items you are returning and attach the returns address label provided with your package.
The shipper you use is at your discretion. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and insurance as we will not be held responsible for any lost items. No refunds will be issued for any goods that have been returned to us which are lost in the post and are not accompanied by a tracking number.
Any costs incurred are at your own expense for returned shipping, unless the error is on our part. ie, wrong items sent out.
Once we receive your package, please allow up to 10 working days for processing. An email notification will be sent when your refund has been processed. Shipping fees are non- refundable. International customers are advised that we will not refund any charges/taxes you may incur when returning goods.
A full refund will only be issued upon confirmation that goods are in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
Please Note: Sale items are non refundable, but exchange may be permitted in exceptional circumstances. Please contact iiLA for further details about this prior to making your purchase during the SALE season. (Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year, Cruise, Spring, Autumn, Reduced ranges)
iiLA Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any orders at any given point. This is to protect us and the buyer from any fraudulent transactions that may be taking place. Delivery addresses are checked and shipping destinations. iiLA Ltd approves secure transactions through fraud prevention gateways and will notify the necessary bodies if credit fraud is present. We will not ship to PO Box addresses.
